Use This Force To Cleanse The Darkness From Your Insides

The environment that you live in is full of toxins.  There are lethal chemicals in the air you breathe, your drinking water, the food you eat  and the products you use.

Toxins quickly make their way into your body. You might not have guessed; but, the #1 transporter of toxins is an assassin that visits you every meal in disguise.  The Real Silent poisoner is: your food!

These toxins cause progressive damage  to your health and are responsible for many short-term as well as chronic health problems.  Every bite could be causing more:

    • Skin and nerve damage
    • Low energy
    • Headaches
    • Fatigue
    • Nutritional inhibition
    • Endocrine disruption (this can lead to birth defects in offspring)
    • Nausea

  • Cancer

  • Cardiovascular disease
  • And even, systemic poisoning ( First it centralizes then it spreads)

So, what is that you should do for a deep cleanse?

  • Reduce exposure to these harmful chemicals.
  • Flush out toxins that are residing in your body
  • Move to Tibet and start an organic paper company 😉

Here’s how you can minimize  your exposure to chemical pollutants with out having to become a Tibetan Nun/Monk :

Water

Make sure your drinking water is purified with a strong filtering system. If possible, use water from a good source like natural spring water. Filter it anyways:   Charcoal, R.O.,  Do not use ESP

Food

Avoidance isn’t a theory, it’s a necessity: Certain foods have higher toxicity than others.  Avoiding these or limiting their consumption will go a long way in reducing your intake of toxins.  The ‘Dirty Dozen, (as recognized by the Environmental Working Group,)are the produce with the highest pesticide loads: Prevent yourself from being a toxic avenger and avoid putting these things in your mouth unless they are true organics!

      • Apples,
      • Peaches,
      • Nectarines,
      • Strawberries,
      • Grapes,
      • Celery, A.K.A Long RoundUp™ Sponges
      • Spinach,
      • Sweet bell peppers,
      • Cucumbers,
      • Cherry tomatoes,
      • Imported snap peas
      • Potatoes

Farm raised fish are high in Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and mercury.  They really Screw up your system so be aware! Opt for fish that are lower in mercury content like wild caught salmon and white meat fish. And limit your daily intake of these fish to a few ounces a day or once a week.

Best if you eat organic food. That way you can enjoy maximum nutritional benefits without having to worry about toxic chemicals hacking into your body.  Find local farmers’ markets or other such places where you can get your weekly supply of organic food.

Stick to raw, unprocessed and high fiber food. These foods will help you steer clear of all the toxins that come along with pre-packed food and will also help in flushing out toxins.

Storage

Do not use plastic containers for storing food or water; they release chemicals known as Bisphenol A (BPA) into the food and liquids we store in them. There’s BPA even in canned food. BPA leads to hormonal imbalance. So, use products that have been labelled ‘BPA-free’ and avoid the ones with recycle codes 3 or 7 as they may be made with this harmful industrial chemical, BPA.

Other products

Use natural body care and personal products. The common chemicals found in commercial beauty, skin and personal care products are: Alcohol, DEA (diethanolamine), MEA (Monoethanolamine) & TEA  (triethanolamine), Propylene Glycol and Butylene Glycol, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate & Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Triclosan, Mineral Oil, Polyethylene Glycol, Synthetic Fragrances, Aluminum based products,Fluoride, and DMDM Hydantion & Urea. That’s fine if your a cyborg,  Avoid these chemicals by using organic toothpaste, shampoo, body lotion and plant based personal hygiene  products.  look for disinfectants with tea tree oil even oregano!

During detoxification don’t fall prey to the common mistakes that most people usually make. Follow a detox regime that suits your physical temperament:

  1. Extreme measures aren’t healthy

Many people tend to overdo and over push themselves. Extreme detox plans rarely work and could do more harm than good to you. A moderate approach to cleansing works better and is sustainable. If you begin to feel any aches, lightheadedness, or giddy then this means that you’re doing something wrong. Having  slightly low energy at the start is natural but anything more than that could be because the toxins aren’t being flushed out properly. Make sure you have regular bowel movements so that the harmful chemicals find the proper outlet. ( more of this is covered in the Detox Section of The Sub-Immortal Diet)

  1. Never compromise on the nutrients

Contrary to popular belief, fasting- where you completely avoid food- isn’t a great way to cleanse your insides ‘cause you miss out on all the essential nutrients; it is also a dicey thing if you suffer from medical condition like diabetes and high blood sugar. Instead, eat small portions of organic and raw food, hydrate yourself with clean water, and drink fresh-made vegetable and fruit juices; be sure to include the fiber! This will give your body the support it requires to naturally flush out all the toxins. Find extensive details in the first few chapters of the Sub-Immortal diet.  we compare 7 detox systems and show you the best of the best!

Get the little things right.

Make sure you  understand your body well,  have all the information, and nutritional facts before you begin with your detoxification.  Following an ill-informed detox program can prove to be ineffective and worse, dangerous. Also, always keep toxins in check by using the right personal and home care products; eat locally grown organic food and use the best filters for your water!  Sign-up to be the first to get your hands On The Sub-Immortal Diet and learn Secrets from Cultures around the world to Eat and  feel Like you are Eternal!

So long, darkness! It’s time to let the sunshine in…
